{recipe} flourless smores cookies

Hello lovelies, lately I've been obsessed with food blogs and trying new recipes, this morning I came across this flourless smores cookies recipe that i'm going to try next weekend for the office party, here's the recipe
Ingredients
  1. 3 cups confectioners' sugar
  2. 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (Hershey's Special Dark)
  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  4. 2 to 4 large egg whites, at room temperature
  5. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  6. 1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
  7. 1/4 graham crackers, broken into pieces plus extra for topping cookies
  8. 1/4 cup mini marshmallows, cut in half plus extra for topping cookies
  9. Instructions
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray or use a silpat mat.
    2. 1. With the help of your stand mixer, whisk together confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder and salt. Add two egg whites and vanilla. If batter seems too thick, add another egg white until batter is thick, but moist (I used 3 egg whites, but depending on your egg size you might need to add another. Batter consistency should not be runny. If the addition of another egg white causes your batter to be too runny, add another 1/4 cup or so of confectioners' sugar).
    3. 2. Remove bowl from mixer and fold in chocolate chips, graham cracker pieces, and mini marshmallows. Place about 1 1/2 tablespoons of batter per cookie on the prepared baking sheet. Top each cookie with additional graham cracker pieces and marshmallows. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cookies cool completely before removing from the cookie sheet. Enjoy!

December favorites

Hello Girlies, this post is going to be about the thing that i tried and loved in December, so let's start.

Jordana Best Lash Extreme mascara  this is the first time for me to try a mascara from Jordana, it thickens my lashes and give them a natural look. It is my favorite mascara by far.
Maybelline The Colossal Kajal I received it in a gift bag so i tried and loved it, it's very creamy and very black. i bought myself a backup .. and its very affordable.

Aeropostale infinite love bracelets they're so cute, i love to stack them up with a nice watch and am good to go.

Fifty Shades Darker by E.L. James omg.. where do I begin? it's the kind of books that you don't want to put down, it took me 4 days to finish it.. I can't wait to see all the movies, although I'm a little disappointed by the casting.

L'oreal Revitalift total repair i was in a mall few weeks ago looking for a new foundation (the one that i'm going to talk about later), and the girl on the counter was so sweet and she gave me lots of samples and that was one of the samples i got ,I don't have wrinkles yet (I'm 26!) but i thought it's better to start using anti-ageing creams to prevent wrinkles, right?
The Body Shop Born Lippy it tastes and smells good, and it looks very glossy.

Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse I tried Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse but i didn't like it so i thought I wouldn't like this one but i really did like it, it has medium coverage and it doesn't have any scent which is amazing, loved that it has a pump.

Milk Plus Bright&White body wash by Beauty Buffet .. The Beauty Buffet is a store in Thailand where they make beauty products based on food and natural ingredients, this body wash smells like vanilla and banana milkshake.
P.S. my sister Hanaa designed the new header as a blog birthday gift :)
