How To Get Out Of An "I Suck" Rut

What is the "I Suck" rut?

 in my opinion, I think it varies from one person to another. It could be going through a breakup, losing a job.. basically, it could be anything that can cause lack of self-confidence.

I've been through all of the above .. and I know that not everyone can handle this very well, going through that period isn't easy.. Few days ago Lena Dunham shared a photo of how to get out of an "I Suck" rut and I thought it's brilliant to follow if we're going through a hard time to help us move on with our lives.

{Cook With Me} Biba's Brunch Sandwich

The weekend is coming which means sleeping til 12 pm, spending quality time with the family, and of course having a delicious brunch.

Today I'm sharing with you my signature brunch sandwich .. let's call it Biba's sandwich! :D

it takes 15 minutes to make and it's yummy!

all you need is:

2 pieces of toast (white or whole grain, whatever you like)

2 eggs

cheese (any kind you prefer)

meat (turkey, beef, whatever you like)

butter

salt & black pepper

Melt 1/3 of the butter cube in a pan on a medium heat.

when the butter starts to turn golden, add the toast to the pan, leave the toast for a couple of minutes until it gets golden and nice like the picture below, then flip the toast to the other side.

put your toast aside, and crack the eggs in a bowl.

beat the eggs until it's nice and fluffy 

add 1/3 of the butter to the pan to make scrambled eggs.

sprinkle black pepper and salt on the eggs 

Now, the cheese will act as a glue in the sandwich

first, put half the amount of the cheese on one piece of your toast.

add half of the scrambled eggs.

add the meat.

add the rest of the scrambled eggs.

.add the rest of the cheese 

add the second piece of toast.

add the rest of the butter to the pan on a medium heat, again

Now, when the butter is melt and golden .Carefully, put the sandwich back in the pan like the picture below

using a large spoon, press on the sandwich for a minute to allow the cheese to melt and do it's magic.

flip the sandwich to the other side like the picture below

repeat the same thing with the spoon to the other side of your sandwich.

and there you go! you have the most delicious breakfast :)

Hello everyone, this post is going to be about a website I just discovered.

NGS is a healthy food store that was created in 2010, they offer high quality and completely natural products, I ordered dried mango and dried banana to give them a try since everyone is raving about dried fruit... and let me tell you that now I understand what the hype is all about!

I liked them both but the mango was my favorite. it's sweet, chewy ,and so addictive!

What I liked about NGS is that they deliver in the same day which is genius! I'm hooked and I can't wait for my next order.

A month ago, I lost my mom.. She was the most amazing, caring, peaceful person in the world.

Have you ever tried cheese -any kind of cheese- with honey -or jam-?  These two together make the most delicious, simple, perfect sandwich. I found this recipe on Pinterest and I had to share it with you guys.

Ingredients

1 slice bread of your choice

1/2 cup cottage cheese

2 tbsp fresh honey

How to make cottage honey toast

1. toast the bread to your liking

2. spread on cottage cheese

3. drizzle honey over the top

4. eat!

{recipe} tuna sandwich

Hello Girlies, today I'm having a tuna sandwich for lunch. It takes few minutes to make and it's so freakin' delicious! 

 Ingredients:

1. bread

2. vinegar 

3. light mayo

4. salt

5. paprika

6. black pepper

7. red onion

8. tuna 

In a bowl or a dish, add the tuna.

 Add all the spices, mayo, and the vinegar to the tuna and mix everything.

Cut the red onion into big chunks and add it to the tuna.

Toast your bread, and make a sandwich.
Voila! you have the most delicious yet, simple tuna sandwich!

Lady Gaga Fame I got this perfume few months ago but I haven't got the chance to wear it until recently and I loved it, it's a unique scent, for me it's a mix between honey and  musk.. I just love it.

Artdeco Perfect Teint Concealer #6 Artdeco is a German brand that I didn't hear about before getting this concealer, the coverage is okay but I use it to highlight and it does an amazing job, the only con is that it was too pricey.

NYX Matte Lip Cream in Ibiza I wear it every day, I don't put anything else on my lips, I love it so much that I want to get all the colors.

Beauty Credit Fresh Kiwi & Yogurt mask Beauty Credit is a Korean brand, I tried a mascara and a lip gloss from this brand before and I liked them so I wanted to try the skincare, since the Korean skincare is a trend now. I loved the mask, it moisturises and lives your skin soft and bright, and it wasn't expensive at all!

She Nail polish the color doesn't have a name but it's like fuchsia ,purple and pink in one nail polish.

  

Benna Chocolate cake it's cake filled and covered with chocolate , it's the perfect post-lunch treat. 

Whiplash Where do I begin? this movie is brilliant! J.K. Simmons is brilliant! the soundtrack is great! The last 7 minutes in the movies were so intense, The movie is not just about a boy who wants to become a professional drummer and his mentor is an as*hole, I think it has a deeper meaning than that.. Just do yourself a favor and watch it if you haven't yet.

 Hello Girlies, let's go through my trash before I get rid of it...

 Bioderma sensibio Light .. I LOVE this product, I love Bioderma products in general but this one is the best day cream ever, and it's a great makeup base as well ,I already have a backup.

Moschino Pink bouquet perfume .. I got this sample in subscription box, it's not bad but it's not my cup of tea.

Maybelline Define A-Lash mascara .. I've had this mascara since this post so I had to throw it away, I probably won't repurchase it.

Sebamed Antibacterial Cleansing Foam .. that was my second bottle, I've been using this product for almost a year and I really like it as a morning face wash, currently am using Body Shop tea tree facial wash and once I finish it I'll go back to Sebamed cleansing foam.

Garnier BB Cream (Light) .. It's great for my oily skin, I'm in the middle of the second bottle.

2 Maybelline Colossal Kajal .. It's creamy and nice but not black enough, I don't know if I will repurchase it.

Garnier Essentials night cream .. I didn't feel any difference, I'm not repurchasing it,

Bath&Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar body mist .. can we just take a minute to appreciate this scent?! whoever came up with this scent is a genius, I'll definitely repurchase it.

Police Dark fragrance .. I really liked it although it reminds me of a perfume an old lady would wear but I don't care I'll repurchase it. 

Easy Baby Care wipes .. I usually use baby wipes as makeup remover but this one is not my favorite, it smells like baby powder which is not a nice scent to have on your face, I won't repurchase.

Septona cotton rounds .. never heard of this brand before but it did the job, I already have a backup of these.

Body Shop Vitamin E Sink-In Moisture Mask .. I liked it, it has a lot of product so I got 2 uses out of it, it left my skin smooth and didn't break me out, definitely I'm going to repurchase it.
