apple and cinnamon tart

It is very simple and easy. here's the recipe :

The tart ingredients:

1 1/2 cup of flour

1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of butter

1 egg 

pinch of salt

The filling ingredients:

5 apples (peeled and sliced)

2 tablespoons of melted butter

1/2 cup of sugar

1 tablespoon of squeezed lemon
1 tablespoon of grounded cinnamon 

How to make the tart:

Stir the butter with the mixer till it gets brighter then add the sugar ,let them mix together till they get a little foamy.

scramble the egg with a fork (but don't scramble it too much, you don't want to lose the foam)

add the salt and the flour(don't add the flour all in one time, add it in several times) mix them all with your hands till the paste gets more thicker ,shape it in a ball shape and put it in the refrigerator for 15mins.

How to make the filling:

melt the butter in a big pan then add the sugar and 2 drops of water (stir them together till the sugar take this beautiful light brownish color) then add the cinnamon and the squeezed lemon and mix them all together and when they look thicker add the sliced apples, let them all mix together for 5 mins.

press the paste into a pan and put it in the oven in a 200ْ , and when the baking is done spread the mixture on the top and put it back in the oven for 10 mins.

I googled Zooey Deschanel and she's not even related to Katy Perry. It is weird how they look alike, isn't it?

my new addiction

My brother was in India the last week and he came back yesterday, and since I like to discover new stuff I told him to bring me Indian make-up (he has such a good taste) ,I didn't even know that there's a make up brand called LAKME it is an Indian make-up brand, but I really like it and he brought me some MAC stuff too.
