Hey girlys, I received an email weeks ago asking me to write a how-to-lose-weight posts series ,that mail got me excited ,and very motivated to go back to my diet.
Although I try to stay healthy as much as I can but in the last 2 months I gained -few- kilos so I've decided to get back on track and follow up with my nutritionist and start working out again.
and I'll write a weekly post about diet plans, losing-weight tips, healthy snacks recipes.. etc.
SO, who's ready to lose weight with me!? :)
